ICBC Standard Bank Plc ("We/Us") agrees to provide you with access to a client reporting web service, made available through our website (the "ICBC Standard Bank Plc Site") to enable you to view historical transactions and confirmations, accept or query confirmations, and to run reports on your account (the "Service") on the terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms").

These Terms are in addition and shall be interpreted in accordance with:

• the terms and conditions applicable to any accounts and trading arrangements we may have with you;
• the general terms and conditions applicable to the ICBC Standard Bank Plc Site (the "General Terms") available here; and
• the privacy policy applicable to the ICBC Standard Bank Plc Site available here,

which shall also apply to your use of, and our provision of, the Service. In the event of any inconsistency in relation to the terms applicable to the Service, these Terms will prevail. By registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to grant you secure access, you will be issued with a password, which will be specific to you (the "Password") and which you will be asked to amend when you first use the Service to something memorable by you. You agree to keep the Password confidential, and will not pass it on to other persons, including other users of the Service. You will not allow access on your behalf to the Service by any other person.

If you discover or suspect that your Password is known to someone else, you must inform us immediately at London Application Security. We may suspend access to the Service and/or amend your Password for your protection if we are aware of or suspect access or attempted access to the Service by a third party using your Password. In the absence of negligence, wilful default, fraud or bad faith on our part, the risk of fraudulent use of the Service shall be borne by you.

In order to use this Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and any associated software and information for the sole purpose of enabling you to access your account information using the Service. You must not take copies, sell, assign, lease, sub-licence or otherwise transfer them to any third party, or try to decompile, reverse engineer, input or compile any of the Service software, information or materials.

Our liability for any loss or damage caused by this Service, whether direct or indirect, is governed by the General Terms. We make no warranty as that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from computer viruses.

We will aim to update the information provided via the Service with information relating to your transactions on the business day following the relevant transaction.
